Monthly Challenge 2014

My Bead Soup Blog Party post is HERE .  ~~~~~~~~~~~ Hi! Today is the reveal day for the Monthly Challenge 2014 hosted by the highly creative  Lili Krist .  This month theme was astronomy and below is the inspiration photo. Gravity I had several ideas for a project but none was put into practice. I have been organising my growing stash of seed beads and findings and I've been hopping the 8th Bead Soup Blog Party . So, what I have to show you is new to you but not to me.  Star Flower Earrings  - can you see the connection to astronomy? - made with Swarovski Petrol pearls and Preciosa gold coloured seed beads in a design by Obstinate Pursuit . 8th Bead Soup Blog Party

Hi! Welcome to the 8th Bead Soup Blog Party. My name is Ana Cravidao and here in the blogosphere I am called ACBeads. In the English language, the name can be misleading because I don't make my own beads, I just love playing with them. I've been creating jewellery for about five years but my blog is only one year old. I am the sole participant from Portugal. My partner Siobhán Keogh  is from Ireland and this is the delicious soup I have received from her.  Click on any photo to enlarge My plan was making a necklace with the turquoise focal bead and the clock toggle clasp should be used in a bracelet as it's too beautiful to be hidden in a necklace, and that's what I did.
